YOUR SUPPORT, YOUR WAY

Our Transport Support services give you the ease of accessibility for all your transport needs. As part of your NDIS plan, we can assist you in utilising your transport funding to travel between different disability support providers. However, this funding is valid only for our participants and excludes carers or family members.

As a service provider, Attentive Care continues to facilitate the continuity of your care through transport support to community services, employment support and education.

Some activities that you can utilise transport funding for include:
